For all manufacturing defects (e.g., missing pieces or cards, broken components) please contact the manufacturer directly.  If you require assistance, out staff can help in finding the manufacturer phone number and/or website.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt. Items must be in purchased condition including original shrink wrap packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return: books that are not in shrink, green sticker and clearance items, and ding and dent items.  We reserve the right to refuse any returns.
