We are updating the fifth edition Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide, and Monster Manual. The 2024 core rulebooks take what we love about fifth edition and update the rules of the game to reflect the feedback we have heard from players and where the game is today. These new rulebooks are not ushering in a new edition of the game; they will be compatible with the books you enjoy today.
